Phil Strong is our Lead Pastor. He and his wife, Lynette, have been married for 36 years, with 29 of those spent together in pastoral ministry. They have 2 adult children and 7 grand-children. Phil and Lynette enjoy time together, whether over a good cup of coffee, before a yummy plate of pad-thai (gluten-free), or on a leisurely walk. After being called out of a 20 year career in “the corporate world,” Aaron has been serving in outreach ministry and ministering for 14 years within the community at Woodinville Alliance. Aaron, his wife and 2 daughters, are grateful for the ways that Jesus continues to reveal Himself to them. He is convinced that identity, healing, authenticity, and purpose result when people experience the goodness of God for themselves. He'd love to hear more about your story!
Austin was born & raised in the PNW. His senior year of High School he felt called to youth ministry. Since that call, he pursued a degree in Pastoral Ministry and minor in Psychology, from Northwest University. Family Equipping Pastor
After years of teaching and pastoring in the Seattle area, Keri joined the staff at WAChurch to lead ministry to children and families. She, her husband Tim, and their 3 girls have had the privilege of seeing God at work around the world, but have found deep friendships and a fresh encounter with Jesus as a part of what He is doing in this community. Keri’s heart is to support and equip the whole family as they seek relationship with Jesus. She believes there is no greater investment than in the faith of the next generation. After 25 years in the banking industry, Diane was called to international ministry and spent 7 years in Central Asia and Africa working with World Concern. Alissa graduated from BIOLA University and then lived in Haiti for a time. While there, she felt called to the Seattle Area, so she went. After spending time with organizations like Samaritan's Purse and World Vision, she felt called to Ministry. Worship Ministry Director
Andrea leads the Worship Ministry at Woodinville Alliance. Creative vocation for her is spent in the realm bridging music and story: in songwriting, worship, and walking with others in their stories of hope and suffering. She and her family live out in Issaquah but are drawn to this people to journey with. Whether it’s over a plate of actual charcuterie or talking music and story, you’re always welcome at her table. Sandy is our Women's Ministry Director. She is also a wife, mother and works part time for the school district. Sandy has a passion for inspiring women to develop a deeper relationship with the Lord and each other. Seeing women light up when they are exercising gifts that God gave them, brings her great joy! Ken first attended WAChurch after a friend invited him several years ago. When he walked through the front doors, he immediately knew this was his church family. He and his wife Val have been attending here since. While he holds the title of Facilities Manager, his other passions include singing and discipleship.
